Safety and health policy
The Disfrimur Directorate has acquired a commitment to a workplace risk prevention policy based on the following principles:
- Integrate the prevention policy in the production process of the company, constituting a permanent and priority objective that aims to improve working conditions aimed at obtaining the appropriate level of protection for workers, as well as avoiding material damage and reducing absenteeism from work. It seeks the commitment and well-being of its staff in the field of occupational health and safety.
- The integration of Occupational Risk Prevention is the task and responsibility of each and every one of us who work at Disfrimur, being the Management and the middle managers guaranteeing that all workers follow the established procedures and guidelines, and mainly, providing all possible improvements. through its Prevention Delegates, to make their jobs safer every day.
- Commitment to specifying the Safety and Health of the affected workers, the adequate resources for the proper functioning of the Integrated Management System for the Prevention of Occupational Risks, disseminating it to all personnel and demanding compliance. All this with the collaboration of each and every one of the people who are part of this Company.
- Communicate and convey to each and every one of the Company's employees the preventive objectives and the measures to be adopted to achieve them.
