Disfrimur, SL, we comply with and develop policies that integrate equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, without discriminating directly or indirectly on the basis of sex, as well as promoting and boosting concrete measures to continue advancing in real equality within our organization.
Equality of opportunity between women and men as a strategic principle of our Corporate and Human Resources Policy is a reality at Disfrimur, compliant in accordance with the definition of said principle established by Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for effective equality between women and men.
In each and every one of the areas in which Disfrimur's activity is carried out, from the selection of people to internal promotion, including salary policy, training, working and employment conditions, occupational health, the organization of working time and reconciliation, we assume the principle of equal opportunities between women and men, paying special attention to indirect discrimination, understanding it as “The situation in which an apparently neutral provision, criterion or practice, places a person of a sex at a particular disadvantage compared to people of the other sex ”.
With regard to communication, both internal and external, all decisions made in this regard are reported and we project an image of the company in accordance with this principle of equal opportunities between women and men. The stated principles are put into practice through the promotion of equality measures through the implantation of the Equality Plan established in Disfrimur.
Our first EQUALITY Plan dates from 2009 which has been updated in its second version in 2017.
The creation of the Equality Commission was consolidated in June 2017 and is made up of people from different geographical areas and professions categories; with the participation and involvement of those responsible for the management.
